The Resilient Leader’s Roadmap: Your Journey Forward

Join NEA-NM President Bethany Jarrell and Vice President Jennifer Trujillo for the concluding session of our Early Career Educator Series. This final chapter shifts our focus toward long-term sustainability and growth using the framework of Elena Aguilar’s Onward.

Participants will dive into the habits and dispositions of emotionally resilient educators, exploring how these practices fuel both personal well-being and professional leadership goals. We will also map out future leadership pathways, including National Board Certification and local or state board opportunities.
