Educators and education support professionals have been expected to treat their career as simply a passion for way too long. Every person who works in a public school deserves respect, a safe workplace, and fair salary and benefits. This is how we protect you and your workplace.

2023 Educator Priorities

Every year, NEA-NM surveys its members to understand what is most important to them. Then we take that information and use it to advocate for those identified issues to the New Mexico Legislature to make sure you have the resources you need to succeed.

Educator Voice

There is strength in numbers, and the more NEA-NM members and allies speaking up for our educators, education support professionals, and students, the stronger our public schools will be.
